350 Turbo Torque Converter to Flywheel Issue

may b a vaccum port on the back of ur intake behind the carb, if not put it on the front of your carb, u should have 3 ports on it, one for your pvc valve wich goes in a valve cover, one for your spark advance on the distributor and the other will work for the tranny

Okay, here is the next chapter in this saga. Replacing the flex plate made no difference at all. So I pulled the tranny back out again after reading about the pump bushing and talking to one of the local tranny shops. We had the pump bushing replaced put it all back together and there is no longer a dripping type of leak out of the front (lip) seal but now it is, what I would describe as spraying tranny fluid around in the bell housing part of the tranny.
What is left? We've replaced the pump seal twice, the pump bushing, and this is the fourth lip seal we've had in it. I thought it was positive that at least this time around it changed the symptoms a little bit. The other thing that is different now is that it doesn't sit there and drip while it is not running...before it would just have a constant drip even if it was not running.
Am I down to the dang Torque Converter? Someone confirm for me one more time, what is a tolerable amount that you would pull the TC to the Flex Plate?
Thanks Again Guys--I think we have this thing on the run. We need to put a ribbon on it--this thing is my son's wedding car and the wedding is six days away.
