Different rotor to get 5 on 5" lug spacing?

Is there a different rotor or spindle/rotor combination that I can use on my 78 Camaro front clip to get 5 on 5" lug spacing?

what are you trying to do? can you get away with a hub adaptor and not a whole new spindle set up?
