Default Wanna be early 2gen Camaro from Europe

Hi All,
I'm Dmitry, and I'm from Latvia(Europe).
As my wife said, I do have some % of gasoline in my blood. And sure all of you know, that everybody is dreaming of a muscle car, even though not everybody is telling this loud.
I have some experience in getting some old cars back to life (bmw e28, lada 2102)
But finally i got myself a present and bought a '79 camaro with 305 engine a 3-speead automatic gearbox ( you do not have much choice here )

Previous owner has started "restoration" in '98 and left it so.
I do have all parts to get it together, except quarter panel.
But it would be to easy to get it done so, this is why my wife and me decided to go a bit different way, and hope you won't be much critical on this. We want to convert it to early (70-73) RS model. Before you start to be angry about it, I just want to say that it'all about personal taste and dreams.
So back to the camaro, I have googled, googled alot and kinda stuck with this conversion question.
I didn't find some threads on such conversion (don't hit me hard, not used to US forums structure and so on...)
I have found some set to convert your early 2 gen to RS, but thats it. (by the way superchevy.com is blocked in European countries )
I have studiet RIckscamaro site (first I have found with body parts) and some things are clear for me:
FRONT:
- front fenders and hood are same all the years
- front bumper, valance, bumper fillers, header panel, mountings need to be bought
REAR:
- taillight panel, housing, lights need to be bought
- quarter panels, Do I need to by whole quarter , or is it possible to get only "tail "part( to fit taillight panel)?

As I have restored some cars, I know that under "visible" parts there alot of hidden brackets, mountings which you need to get to fit all, so please guys, share with your knowledge and give me some hints where to look, maybe which books I need to buy, or to download, if there are some with free access.
For example there is a so called ETK system for all BMW, where you see all parts with part numbers and all info, maybe there is something similar for chevys?
Maybe there some ready ready kits.

Thank you in advanced!!
