So I am starting to restore a 1979 Z28 that at this point has lived on cinder block longer than on the road. Dad bought it brand new , has about 60k miles.

Tackling the rusty cowl and pillars first. Bought a new cowl and have a MIG welder in the mail.

Hoping I can get some pics / help on how the passenger pillar should look like. It’s in much worse shape as the driver’s which seems to have an additional brace. Unless of course this rusted away on the passenger side.
