Got the other fender and wheelwell off. Replaced the bodymounts on the driverside. Time to finalize the core support to fit the new rad!

Welded up the core support. Started mock-up on the new shroud. And planning for brackets to mount the tranny cooler.

Finding one the right size is easy, but if you want bigger, and don't want to pay a bundle, then modding it is the way to go. I found a larger universal fit radiator for only $169, all welded aluminum tanks and core, but had to mod my brand bew core support to make it work. My BBC runs around 165 all the time since then, and it used to overheat every time I got stuck in traffic.

Got mine at Summit also, and as usual didn't get it with a sale. They always go on sale after I buy anything.

Well I hope the work keeps going for you, even if the car has to wait a bit!
