Also after a quick thumb through the 12 pages of this thread i didnt see pictures of the seats.

If this is a repost im sorry, it takes a very long time to load the web pages some days here in Siberia.

I mentioned the seats before, they are Corbeau lg1s>> i think that was the model name. They supposively had to be custom built as the regular sized ones were good for a person with a 32" waist or something, and im definataly larger then that.

Also, does anyone have any opinions on which shocks to get for the car? I definately need to ditch the air shocks.

I can't remember what your rear suspension is. For a pro touring type set up. Bilstien, Afco, Pro Shocks are all really good adjustable shocks. Edelbrock IAS are supposed to be pretty darn good too. Then Koni and Monroe. I read bad stuff about QA1 leaking, funny I'm wearing a QA1 tee shirt right now. Free on Power Tour.

I wonder if QA1 shocks have gone downhill in recent years? The QA1 coilovers I bought used for the rear of my gasser were 5-6 years old when I bought them a couple years ago. They show no signs of leaking so far.

The ones Hotchkis sells are Bilstien. They are tuned by Bilstien specifically for use with their suspension packages. I've heard though when used together they are about as good as is gets for no adjustable. Smooth when your cruising and keeping your tires planted when your on it hard.

We just get charged too much up in canada.

Im thinking about being real original and going with american racing torque thrusts....

If I ever changed wheels on my Camaro it would be Torque Thrusts! They are such a classic design, and still one of my favorites! I'd have them on all three of my cars if I could afford them! I'd love to find a pair of 15x4 or 15x 3.5 for the gasser! Like the slots I have, but skinny and wide TT's would be so cool.

I agree, being a youngster I had to step up the diameter a touch. I caught hell on other sites for my TT II's, they say there played out. All I can say is they are the Cragers of my generation. TT's like Cragers will never NOT look good on our cars. Some of these other wheels with weird designs are gaudy. I remember when I saw Eddie Van Halen's truck in a mag in the early 90's. They were cut just like the stripes on his guitar. I thought it was awesome then. I saw the same truck a year or so ago. GAUDY! What was I thinking.

Yeah i love the look of the Torques, my car isnt a one of a kind car by any stretch of the imagingation. I will put something on it that i like, cause its my car, not because other people say i should or shouldnt.
