Relax ladies the General Sections are back. The site is exactly the same as it was before, just some of the more really vague sections are being broken down by generation such as Transmission and Interior.

I personally liked it better the old way. It has progressively gone downhill as more sub sections have been created. Being ablt to just go to the 2nd Gen section and view it all was easier than having to go to each sub section to view things individually.
I'm sure there may be other opinions, but it appears to me it's headed towards looking like every other car forum, and not simple/unique as it was before. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Knock it if you will, but it's advertisers that pays for keeping sites like this up and running.

I love this one! When did they change the spelling on the new "Camero"?

The funny thing about all this is that they posted a pic of Jerry' s FORMER car. He sold it last week and I'd doubt if he will be back after buying a mid 60's Vette with the money.

the cars posted were the most recent Rides of the Month. Relevance of ownership..dont see the point. Now the photos can be changed to honor the winners.

also, Tire Rack has been listed as the sponsor for the wheels & tire section for YEARS.

I don't have an issue. I just thought it was ironic that the car pictured was no longer here. As far as tires and sponsors go. I got my tires from Discount. If I though I could have gotten them cheaper through Tire Rack I would have. I don't have one local though. Discount matched the best price I could find and threw in free chrome valve stems, mounting and balancing.

Which brings me to a question. Do we get a discount like sponsors do on other forums? Promo code or what not?

I know in the past we've had alot of posts from sponsors with special deals and promo codes. this weekend i have alot of emails to send out to try and get them coming back to the site. when i get a response from them ill be sure to have them update ASAP to bring you guys some well deserved deals. i think its past due.

i understand that the guy sold the car. i just thought it would be cool to have the ROTM winners get those spots instead of generic cars. It makes it worth a little bit more to win, to have your car showcased for everyone to see aside from the facebook page. I realize alot of people dont use facebook or visit the camaroforums page so the exposure is limited.
