i got sick of trying on one side and put a longer screw through the chrome trim ring into the housing behind itll work for now.

Auto center console sold for 112$ on ebay Love ebay. Now to find a proper 4 speed console . . . . .

Ok ordered that rebuild kit for the carb. Im thinking its probably a bad thing if the carb is dumping fuel into the larger barrels after i shut the engine off ?

It takes time...I can remember spending 40 hours and a gallon of rust mort on just the trunk of my car...

Yeah, secondary float needle or seat is messed up if it's dumping gas after the engine is off. Probably does it when it's running too, and causing a too rich scenario at idle.

thank you, i knew someone would know which part is broken . . . now lets hope the Holley rebuild kit I got will include whatever part is broken

Yes, they'll have new needles for the floats.

No problem,hope it works out that he still has it.He seems to list the same parts over and over,because there just arent alot of people in this area that are looking to buy,so he usually has some great deals.It may take a day or two before he responds through email,but he will probably get back to you pretty quick since you left a voicemail,he is one of those guys that only thinks your serious about buying if you actually take the time to call haha.
