Looks good until you look inside,I see he's dropped the price but IMO it's still too high for that year Z28 in that condition.
You'd be in it a lot more than it's worth by the time you finished it, I see about $2500 there and not much more.
I just found this one in my area that runs and drives but needs pant for under $4K

There's a couple others in nice shape asking in the $8-9K range.
This one is a one owner. Still overpriced in my book.

This is a nice one but I wouldn't pay his price, I bought my 2001 SS with only 86K on the clock for $8K in beautiful condition.

I said in the post above I don't see much more than about $2500 there given how bad the inside looks. It's hard to tell from here, was the car in a flood or anything like that? Is there a running engine ,trans? Is the wiring any good, too many things to know. Like I posted, for a little more than his asking price you can buy one that runs. All I see there is a body shell so it's going to need everything else I assume and that gets expensive real quick.

it has a three speed automatic, the engine is okay, no flood damage, the electrical is in good condition as far as I know, that’s as much as I can tell you so far, I will post more details when I figure out more

this is 2018 and prices are higher and so is inflation, ihave a 1981 Camaro z28 all solid not running but is the foundation for perfection. no holes to weld up no bondo . has silver paint and black stripes for a protective paint job for now car was soft soda blasted. new windshield and rear window installed. zl2 steel hood. original z28 wheels. its a no brainer why there is $5000 invested in it now that included the car and work done so far and only a few parts with it not running for now (engine plans decking block etc.). also has widnows trimmings chrome. two front seats and the upper rear seat but not the lower two that screw in with one bolt dashpad isn't the worst. solid floors disc front brakes. gm factory 10 bolt rear positive traction a highway gear like 3.00:1 th350 and 355 cid not running because heads apart but was told it did. no alternator but has brackets no powersteering pump and missing power brake booster for now i put on the brake lever clevis to run manual brakes for temporary until can get a chrome powerbooster. it has a weird chrome water pump. and a 290 cam (4800 rpm old loose grind only about 225* at .050") roughly 9.0:01 compression with the felpro .015" head gaskets. pistons .025" in hole very even deck for stock deck. an edelbrock performer EPS endurashine finish (a protective kind of chrome like look) no door panels or carpet and no shifter present for an original 4 speed car Canadian experimental z28. it is now a turbo hydra matic automatic 3 speed transmission. th350. looking to modify a blazer 700r4 trans with Camaro tailshaft to put in. out of backyard.
