Default 1974 camaro project

Okay! so here goes.
I recently purchased a 1974 Camaro LT.
Chevy 350 engine
TH350 auto 3-speed

It has a 4bbl carb on it, the guy before me put it on (took off the 2bbl one)
I dont believe the engine is stock actually but thats okay.

This is pretty much my starting point. I ahve put less than $300 in it so far. She runs well, shifts well, doesn't give me crap on start up.

Not sure if it qualifies as a "project" because it pretty much just needs some rust removal, paint, interior work, and then finally performance modifications (exhaust and such)
Being it my first project and first car (first one with my name only on the title) i won't turn it into like a hot rod or something yet. Just looking for moderate power without it eating crazy amounts of gas.

Looks like you've got a decent car to start with.
Btw, you pasted the email & IM code for your pics, which only then shows the link.
If you want the pic to show here (like how I fixed the 3rd one), you want to use the "IMG" code instead.
You can go back and fix your code if you want, or I can for you.

I have been looking for a 74 for a while. Even if it needs floors that is a heck of a deal. Congrats.

Oops! Tried to fix it for him Chuck, and somehow lost the two pictures!

Very solid looking car though Leadhead! Sorry about losing the pics!

Pictures...what pictures? I didn't see any other than that one, did you?
You'll have to tell me what you did, or how you "undid" it that is.
You'd be smart to go "Democrat" on this one......deny, deny, deny!!! lol

I only have these, I'm trying to find the best places to get parts for this car. I have a friend whos a mechanic whos helping me get some good deals and is willing to mentor me some on the mechanics aspect of the car.
But for online parts all i have found really is Fbodywarehouse and Ricks Camaro. As convinient as they are they are both pretty spendy.

Anyways within the next week you guys should expect to see some pictures of it painted. I'm thinking either black, dark green, or yellow (it was yellow from the factory). So that will happen.
