1970 Camaro Z28 4sp. So Cal solid project garaged in 1986 70k miles

1970 Rally Sport Z28 CAMARO

1970 Rally Sport Z28
2 owner So cal car
Garaged since 1986
4 speed M21 trans. (orginal to car..see pic)
Factory 8k tach
Matching numbers drivetrain "BCT" Stamped on block, correct "186" heads; correct intake; smog parts
Vinyl top car...has been removed and is not all rusted out
Very little rust: front of underside of hood is rusted (see pics part #2) all rust underneath is surface rust..
70,243 original miles
Space saver spare E78-14 (not sure if this came with this car or not since I am a Mustang expert)
4.10 12 bolt posi (original to car)
2nd owner lost title..so duplicate title form, CA. VIN verification and bill of sale come with car...I can get you a CA. title for extra $$
Still has original trunk mat
Original paint still on car
Deluxe Interior car...all original never redone
Build sheet is in place above gas tank (not removed yet) see pic Part 1
Hurst comp. plus shifter (better than original one) reverse lock out is not hooked up
Original HARRISON radiator still in place
Headers with smog bungs hooked up
Engine turns over partially and stops, not sure what is wrong

Rust free or Rot free? That is a lot of rust for a rust-free car. She looks solid but the hood and the Vin tag would be problems for restoration.
