OK guys since I have never heard of it being done, I have to ask.... As some of you may know, I am looking for number 6 Camaro, I am really looking for a 70 to 78 LT/RS/ Z28 Manual trans car... my last one was an 80 (The Punkin started out as a v6 3speed man car)

If I do find a 79 or 80 car (81 if I must) can I swap out the dash so I can have the 74-78 gauge and dash pad.... what must be done to swap it out... I love the Early style dash more then the square 79 up dash!

 

yeah it can be done,it bolts right in u just have to eliminate the center ducts on the 79 dash,i like the 78 dash better too,as i might also do this to mine,eliminating the ducts wont be a problem for me because my car doesnt have any heater anyway its all been deleted.
