dash pad fastener

Default dash pad fastener
What goes into these large holes above he gauge panel? Assembly manual shows a "nut" and the screw that goes into the support plate. Where can I get the "nuts"?

dam cant find parts manual. I think they are the clip sorta nuts that have a holder piece that comes through the hole to hold it in place. sorta like these but not https://www.ebay.com/itm/13122541518...543f89b80ecebd
