Default Y pipe

Anyone used the walker y pipe 42566? Mine rotted out and fell apart when I took the motor off and it broke right at the seem at the bottom. The rest back is fine but need a new y pipe will this replace it?

I don't know of anyone here who still runs a single exhaust. Thats why no answer. Add to that there was only 7 hrs between your posts. This is a forum not text messaging. Give it some time, people log on here from coast to coast.

Everyone wants there car to actually flow. I figured you were asking for a 3rd gen. I've never seen a 2nd gen with a y-pipe.

You want duals with an x-pipe, or h-pipe.
I am a huge fan of the x-pipe.

Ok I've looked up a lot of systems and notice they are all headers back. Id rather not put on headers and keep the stock manifolds. Anyone have a suggestion to make that work?

Two pieces of pipe about 18" long. They sell them or any exhaust shop can put your exhaust on and fab the pieces needed. Really thats all? 32 dollars from Pypes.

All early 2nd gens with single exhaust systems used a Y pipe which lead into a single transverse muffler.
