I have a 68vert - has anyone fit 245/60-15's on the front using 15/7 ralleys?

that i couldn't tell you - but i think they were previous used on a chevelle

 

does anyone know where I can get a code chart to tell me what rims i have?

I currently have 195/70/14's but have a brand new set of 245/60/15's mounted & balanced on ralleys that i want to install.
