Im a ford guy, and whats it feel like to be a chevy??

 

I heard that the new 2008 Chevy trucks are coming out with "heated tail gates" to keep your guys hands warm while you are pushin it home when its cold out.

 

Ha... I guess theres always people who think their cool by pulling this **** in forums.. we'd get guys from other forums come and give us hell in the Mustang Forums.. What do you drive Hellion? Honda Civic? Kia Sonata? Let me just tell you that honestly, a Camaro has more ***** than a Mustang... and thats coming from a "Ford" guy...

 

i have an 04 mustang, and a 79 camaro. the camaro will beat the ever loving crap out of the mustang. to be fair i did put headers and a 4 barrel on the camaro but still. i leave a 80 skid mark when i patch out in the camaro and all i do is floor it. camaro is a beast. and mustang is not slow, but if we went to the quater mile camaro would be victorious

But, to answer your question, it feels damn good to be a Chevy guy. I have NEVER been stranded in a chevy (except once, but it was because we ran out of gas in the 49). If you want to bring this to a Camaro vs Mustang level, my Camaro has beat the sh*t out of a Mustang that was 4 years newer, with less miles on it than my 10 yr old v6. I have a friend that is 100% Ford, but even he gives Chevy the respect it deserves. I've driven his 04 GT 5spd, and its fast and fun, but then he drove my car and was really surprised by how much power it had for a V6. We both also drove the Mustang that i beat, and both agreed that it had no power whatsoever. Not only that, but I've outran a 5.slow mustang before too.. (could've been their fault, i dont know.). Do you realize that all the way up to 04, the V6 mustang had close to the same engine hp that the Camaro had to the wheels? Correct me if im wrong, please. Also, name me ONE 99-04 Mustang that ISNT S/C that can beat a 98-02 LS1. I bet it sucks that you have to buy a $30k S/C mustang to keep up with an 02 LS1.
Dont get me wrong, I like Mustangs. But, there is a difference between Mustang and RUSTang. That difference just happens to be 2 cylinders. I like some V8 mustangs, but i have no respect for the stock V6's.
So, now that i have answered your question, why dont you answer mine..

Even though that is a joke if you want to talk about a ***** truck you talk about that new Ford. It has a tailgate step and handle so that those Ford drivers don't break a nail when they get into the bed of their truck.

Not a great price difference, but hey you asked for a Mustang thats not s/c and i gaveyou one. Mustangs are not something to be disregarded. Albeit Camaros may have their pluses, the Mustang is more of a runner than everyone here seems to regard it as. But hell theres a reason why I ditched my V6 Mustang and started looking for a Chevy 350. I got 4000 dollars for it tho, both it and its salvage/rebuild title lol [8D]Im the master of negotiation.
