Default Weatherstrip

I'm working on the car described in my comment:

the previous owner did about half a restoration and weatherstrip is one of the things that never got done. so I wondered if anyone has any experience what is the best weatherstripping to get. It seems I have two choices, one is made/sold by a company called 1A Automotive and is sold on ebay, and the other is made by OER and sold by classic industries. the price differance is $117 vs $170 (I think- I estimated)

does anyone have any experience with what is better? does either one fit better or is made of better quality materials?

Thanks in advance- I'm just trying to save myself a headache.

EDIT: link to 1Aautomotive brand http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/70-81...spagenameZWDVW

I think 1A auto sells Metro Molded products. I used them on my Camaro since they are local. No complaints on their parts, good stuff. Have also used them at work on customer's cars.

unless you know for sure, what brand they are selling, I would stay away. weatherstripping is not expensive so do the right thing and buy from a namebrand and save yourself big headaches down the road. I always use SoftSeal products
