I love anything Chevy, but the earlier Chevys get the nod more for me. I'd love to find a '36 or '37 Chevy coupe I could build as a project.

Maybe when I'm done we can swap for a while. Get it out of our systems. > want a pro touring 1st gen. Camaro bad. I love 69's but if I were shopping it would be for a 67 or 68. But a 69 with RS/SS trim would be fine. Doesn't matter what engine, I'd be doing my own thing there. And then I wake up. LOL

Since we are talking about age, I got my '79 in 1982. My wife has always wondered why I kept it all of these years (drove it a few days ago and just put a new headliner in it a few weeks ago), but my oldest son was born in '79. He drove it in H.S. and college until he moved on to a '94 Camaro and later a Firebird. He has been working in France for the last couple of years. I was recently talking to him, and he mentioned wanting to get the old Camaro when he comes back to the U.S. next year. I haven't told him that I have been getting ready to paint it.

Blue 79 RS...Very nice..

I love to see long time owners.

My wife hated my car for many years. She has since come around. She now knows my car means her no harm other than financially, haha.

Camaro love,is life long....

My wife saw the Camaro as my other girl. She drove it once after much prodding, but she didn't like it. She's never driven it again. She likes it now, but still not very interested in it. She loves the old gasser, even though it's not nearly as comfortable!
