Stock bottom end? Stock heads? With the Performer Intake IMHO the smaller cam is the better one for your combo. If you give a little more info on your motor It would help. But I probably still lean towards the smaller one. Mostly because the intake will crap out about 1000 rpm before the bigger cam will. Maybe with a Performer RPM ( I think those are done at 6500) I would use the bigger one, provided your bottom end will spin that high.

Would this one be good with the bigger cam?

Kinda depends on what 350 you have,if it's the low compression stock smog motor that came in your car or one like it the low compression and limited flow capability of the heads are going to limit what you can get away with for a cam, intake and carb.
You may need a better set of heads if you want to go big on the cam etc at a minimum.
Once you go there you start risking the reliability of the lower end since it's not the performance engine bottom end like an LT1 with a forged steel crank and rods with 4 bolt mains.
The early first gen LT1's had 11.1 compression,a lumpy solid lifter cam and 2.02" intake valves so the bottom end was built to hold the power and the engine could breath enough to consume a lot of fuel but a garden variety passenger car 350 does not have any of that.
That's one reason builders seek out truck engines to build because many had the steel crank 4 bolt main bottom end like an LT1.

I'm not sure what year Camaro the motor came out of because my car came with the V6. All I know is that it came out of a 69-81 Camaro.

If in doubt go with the smaller cam, as it will work with either engine, and work better if you have the low performance engine. Same with the intake; I'd go with the first one regardless.
If you can later afford a good set of hi pro heads, they'll still work fine.
Too many people try to over cam their motors, and as the guys mentioned those smaller cams and intakes will be the best choice. You'll gain torque using the smaller cams, and the throttle repsonse will give you a lot more useable HP than the big cam and intake.

I'll be ordering the cam real soon, but I'll be waiting to get the intake manifold. Would it still be worth buying the cam even though I don't have better heads or intake to go with it?

I'd wait till you have the intake and carb but it won't hurt anything to put it in,just don't expect much gain without the other complementary parts.
Also keep in mind you'll need a new timing gear set preferably.
I totally agree with 1971BB427 on all counts since you have no idea what motor you really have and chances are it's just a garden variety 350.

I agree you just can't go wrong with a intake and carb upgrade. That was the first thing I ever did on my first car. Great learning.

My suggestion would be to order the smaller cam, then don't install it until you have the money saved to buy the intake and carb. No reason to pull the engine down twice and replace intake gaskets and valve cover gaskets twice. Just money wasted.
Once you get it all, then do it once and you'll be happier you waited.
