cant u just buy brackets from procar so they fit normally in the car.

 

The Procar brackets are way tall.

 

Agreed on the brackets, they are tough to make, Sparco has brackets for the second gen camaro/firebirds that fit really nice, could probably be adapted to fit any seat. I used them with my Sparco Torino II seats and have plenty of room sliding the seats forward and back with the console installed.
