Default Spare Tire

The small trunk on the 1979 doesn't leave a whole lot of room if you have a full size spare. Has anyone found a source or a match for a space saver type spare?

Yeah not much trunk space! I prefer the full size spare but I don’t haul a lot in my trunk. Do you have a local salvage yard that recycles cars? Those space saver donuts are pretty universal so you really just need to match the tire lug pattern. Good luck!

EZSparewheel.com has a smaller spare that will work. Below is a reply from them regarding my inquiry about a 1979 Camaro spare.
Our 17" is $289 plus tax and shipping, as stated we have your bolt pattern. Should you want to order please call us at 404-277-8160 as the size isn't listed under 1979 under Camaro on our website. Thank you!!
