Hi gang,
I was about to install some new weather stripping and something doesn't look right. Is there something/a part missing that goes between the t-tops? Have a look and let me know what you think, if you have a t-top car, I would really appreciate some pictures of your t-top openings.

The weather stripping I have appears to be "round" when it comes to the center section but here as shown, there is a triangular plastic thing held in place by a length of painted metal at the front so the stripping would have to go overtop of it which seems strange. See the images below. I'm pretty frustrated and looking for some info and hopefully pictures. I bought the car with no weather stripping anywhere lol. Thanks in advance!

 

Bump! Please anybody know if something is missing? I got weatherstripping for my single lever t-tops and they don't fit. I'm thinking there is something missing. Can anybody share pictures of theirs please!
