sb 350 to 700-800 horses n/a

so im picking up a bare block or a long block but it only puts out 290 hp

i have a set parts list for my new project but i can only get to around 400--475
and i see these moster trucks with 1500 hp big blocks

im lost [X(]

a 350 small block with 400 stroker crank and 3.750 bore makes about how much hp can somone help
