I need to change the drivers side door window. Got the glass ordered from Classic Ind. Should be here any day.

The hardest part is getting the window crank off... After that it is a walk in the park.

I beg to differ. The hardest part is aligning the new glass. There is a sticky on Nasty for it. There isn't a sticky for crank removal. I can do that in the dark.

There's a tool used to pull all GM "Jesus clips" that makes it a two second job, and works great. I've owned one since I was a Cadillac mechanic in the late 60's. They sell for about $5 at most auto parts stores.
All the mechanics called them Jesus clips becaue they usually fell on the floor, and someone said, "Jesus, where did that clip go?"

A rag works to pull theose clips too.... the tool is nace too... I hate doing door hinges.
