Ok im contemplating on painting my car at Macco. I wouldnt do this but im low on money and my car is corrently 5 different colors. If i strip the metals and prep and sand myself you think Maaco will do an ok job painting? I need advice and input. Any stories?>

 

A few years ago I worked briefly at a Maaco in New Jersey. I did see a few cars owned by guys who did what you are comtemplating. My take on it is if you pay for a cheap paint job then you get a cheap paint job. If it doesn't matter to you then they would do an adequate job. If it does then I would do some research of body shops in your area. I think you'll be better off in the long run.
