Can I recover my trans ams seats and use them as new seats in my camaro.

 

Are you asking about fit or style? Depending on the years of both cars, chances are they will bolt in. Style, that's your call. I build my cars to drive, trailers are for boats. Comfort is a big factor in choice of seats. The only car I would not stray from original is a 69 SS, kind of like the holy grail to me.

 

Not sure but they should fit, I had 86 camaro seats in a 79 before. If not you should be able to swap seat rails.

 

The trans am seat came out of my 79. In my 80 Camaro the seats are red leather. I"m wondering if I could just recover the 79 seats and make them cloth. I just want a nice charcoal color with black stiching

 

They should swap right over.I was going to do mine with a grey iroc,but I fell in love with my faded black velour.
