Yes,..it's getting late fall temops here too. Heck,..it was down to the low 50's last night and barely made it into the low 70's by afternoon.

So happy to live in the deep south. While we do have a few "colder" days, our normal coldest weeks run in the low 30's. We only have about 60 days of that though. It's not uncommon to have a 40 degree day and an occasional low 50's during our coldest months. It's still nice until late December and then starts to warm up again by late February. It seems cold to us, but I know it's nothing compared to the more northern regions.

Our snow fall is almost non-existent. We got about 2 inches last year one day,...but it melted by late afternoon. Salt and travel concerns have never been an issue, (although 1" on the ground brings everything to a halt till it melts).

We ride our bikes in an inch, lol. I listen to the Nascar announcer brag about going 190 side by side. Thats cool, try 90 on ice, with some soccer mom riding your *** in a mini van. I have seen some Nascar type pile ups driving like that in the snow. Some are very bad.

yeah since having to take the 79 off insurance for this poor problem where having, i still go start it in the driveway to get the oil and water flowing every other weekend or so for a few mins. it was 30 degrees the other day in snow, had not been started in 3 weeks, fired up and ran like nothing wrong, took an extra second, but im damn proud of my 30 yr old car for not being problematic in the cold.

I fired up the T/A after work tonight. Just got home at 3am. Cold blooded, no choke doesn't help. I took it up the block to the gas station and put 10 bucks in and then cruised to the bowling alley down the street and did doughnuts until the windows fogged up. Well, not much else to do.

I got the Camaro so I can drive it daily & the truck on the weekends since the truck is hard on gas. Here the Camaro will be driven year round sun or salt I will coat it to make sure it don't rust anymore since the body is in A1 shape now.

Took mine out Friday to run errands. Weather was cold, but sunny and clear! Felt good to get her out on the freeway and open it up a little! Hopefully we'll get a day here or there to do it again!
