Default Rebuild?? or go tuner??

I have a 1980 camaro z-28 and it has been knocking for a while and im getting that fixed today after school. But everyone wants me to sell it and buy a (tuner car) integra or something but i think im just going to get it fixed then make it faster. Im putting some super 40's on it this weekend i think...what is a good exhaust to put on a small block that sounds good besides the super 40

magnaflows have a great sound but some people like the 30 and 40 series flow masters as well

If you like the camaro do not go tuner you might like it for a little bit. But after some time you will start missing your old car and wish you still had it. If you take car of your car it will be worth more to you than any inport could ever be its just someting about this old car that makes it someting more than just a car.
