can anyone tell me if a 1 piece fiberglass front end for a 70 model will fit a 81, and what it would take to make it fit,

Yes it will fit, and it takes the same work to fit a glass frontend to a '70 that it takes to fit it to a '81. Lots of various supports, and brackets, plus pins or whatever you hold it closed with. It wont be a bolt on even if it went on a '70 Camaro.
Can't tell you exactly what it takes because they don't come with instructions to tell you how. You just figure out what you need for your situation. You will need to fabricate free standing radiator support, and hinges if it is used as a tilt.

 

And you have to send me your grill emblem to make it work, lol.
