When I did mine I used a long flat ratcheting wrench plus a short offset/bent ratcheting wrench. I needed both to get them out. The 2 lower nuts were the hardest. For the lower nut by the engine I had to use a Dremmel cutting disk to notch the nut and then used a chisel and hammer in the notch, while laying over the engine, to break it loose.
