Looks like you're trying to link a picture straight from your local drive. Try either loading it as an attachment or upluading it to an image hosting site like Photobucket.

use photobucket open free acount, download pictures, copy img code to post and pic shows.

 

you can in your profile set up albums ,you can have profile picture avatar picture an like 50 pictures for each album ,it takes a bit getting used to ,you don't need photo bucket you can load them I do like 3 at a time right from my computer ,have to be careful how many pixles ,I have loaded picture up 1200 pixels ,I think code is 800 pixels , not ,my only challenge was videos ,or has been,to load the big ones I guess they use photo bucket then,you can also go advanced ,an click attachments,just edit the post like I just did,then add pictures,few of my newest ring,but clicking on the small one enlarges them
