Well, it's been awhile since i've been on this forum, and even this thread. I posted pics back on page 5, and talked about a carb for this on page 15.
We took a 5 hr cross state trip for a statewide 3rd gen F-Body car club meet,in June, brought the 70, and hubby's 82 TA. Was alot of fun.
Went to carshows this past summer too, but going to one of them, a valve on one of my tires was leaking, had to turn around, and go right back home. Replaced the valve, but noticed the tread was pretty low. They've been on the car for almost 6 yrs. So decided to look on Craigslist for some wider rear rubbers, and came across a new set of tires and rims for him.Couldn't pass up the deal!$350! Since then, i've been more inspired to work on him more, I ended up picking up a 4in cowl hood, $200 and finally got a new edelbrock 600cfm carb to perch on top my edelbrock performer manifold, well, it was on hubby's 3rd gen, but we're buying a complete 350 motor that includes a holley 4bbl in a few weeks to replace his 305. I did end up getting a 3pc spoiler, but found out afterwards, that the 2nd gen spoilers all dont fit.It's for a 75. It's on for now, i'm just gonna get new ends later. I also picked up 2 doors and 2 front fenders for $150, i'm going to replace my panels that are starting to rust and have him painted come spring. I want to get new carpet in spring too, and a headliner.Did the headliner in my Saturn SL, and confident I can do it again in the Camaro if I find the headliner itself first.
