alright i no this is a camaro forum but it involes my pontiac 350????? going in a 89 camaro and the reason why im posting this hear is cuz u guys prolly no bout these older bocks
so i got a motor from my buddie to day and im trying to get the casting codes to know year of motor size stroke etc.. but my codes arnt matching with anyone of the pontiac codes and i no its a pontiac an idea where to get the codes....
i found wat heads they are 7h1 for a 350 and there the orgianl heads and the code on the front passinger side block below head is YR 0246395
but on diver side of the block it has 350 casted into the block and as of so far wat i no thes c.i.d of motor i just wanna be sure before i start buying parts...
