please help me!!!!

my car does not have a horn. nor the wires. and i dont think the button works. it feels dead. but that may be cause its not getting power. where do i start...i have no clue. im lost....please help me!!!!

run a hot wire to the button body , then a wire from the button body to the horn. the button itself bridges the connection. very basic wiring. your grandma could do it. Sick
