Well some real progress on my car this week. Here a few pics.
Here's hoping he stays on it. I'd love to see this thing done by years end.

The doors fenders and trunk have lined up pretty well. Front end will need some tweaking yet to line up better. Especially around the urethane nose. He still needs to work my hood into this equation too. I'm really looking forward to see it back on the car and lined up properly. As for the wheels I've mentioned putting another set of wheels on there a couple times Damon but he hasn't gotten around to it yet. The dust doesn't seem to have bothered the finish but when it comes time to start spraying I don't want those wheels anywhere near the paint booth. LOL

That's great to see progress! Looks like you've got weeks of cleanup to do all over once it's home again! I couldn't believe how dirty my interior and engine compartment were once I got mine home!

Well when I left "The Hardtop Shop" yesterday Joe was finishing up the passenger side rear quarter to door gap and line. This coming week he says he's going to focus on squaring up the front clip. Fitting the hood shouldn't be too far off after that. That is as long as he doesn't get covered up with mechanical work.
He recently took in a 67? or 68? Impala SS for a full resto. The thing is going to be a money pit and a half. $3500 in sheetmetal alone. He promised before he lifts a finger on it he'll have mine in primer so I'm really getting my hopes up now that he may have my car done by my sons ship out date. December 27th
