Parts
Probably best to try Ebay or Craigslist, as most of the aftermarket suppliers end at 78 for dashpads, instrument clusters, etc. on Camaros.
Yes they make paint especially for plastic. Not sure about what brands are, as it's been too long since I used it, but it works and lasts a long time, especially if you're not changing color. I'm pretty sure it was Krylon, but not sure what the name of the type of Krylon. I just asked for paint to do plastic. I've seen a lot of guys freshen up their old parts with paint to get rid of sun bleaching, or to make used donor parts look like new.
I did some of my parts when I changed from green and black interior years ago, and made mine all black. most of it still looked good when I found used black donor parts, and I ended up painting the donor parts black again to make them match my new door panels.

The interior spray doesn't work well on the hard plastic parts such as kick panels, and the molded armrests. I tried Marhyde interior spray on those first, and it quickly flaked off within a year. It did stay on really well on the vinyl door panels and headliner, just not on molded plastic. I found the paint for plastic worked better for the molded parts.
I never had any flaking problems with the hard plastic parts. I do however lightly wetsand the pieces first, to be sure I don't have problems. Sand enough to rough it up, but not so much as to remove any graining, if the piece has some. Then clean it with a non-attacking prep solvent. Proper prep is key.
Hit it with a solvent first, then sand, and solvent again. If the piece was ever treated with any Armor-All type of interior elixir, then sanding it first could grind the stuff into the pores, which ain't good to do. Same as a wax remover before doing paint work (which I know you know that one).
