NO RED ON SILVER

do charcoal stripes and find very small things on exterior to make red to tie in the interior.... red on silver, geez, gross

 

I dont like the red and silver. Go with the darker colors.

 

Silver with the charcoal stripes! I think it would look really good! I'm planning to do silver with the black hockey stripes on my 4th gen in a couple months, maybe even a single black stripe over the hood, spoiler and decklid! haven't decided yet.

 

I went with the charcoal 79 decals, heres a good example but it looks like its only one stripe lol.

dont do the hockey sticks and the strip down middle... its too much ive seen a few 4th gens with them and its too much... either or would be good tho, just my .02

 

The car was origanaly siliver with a single burgandy stripe down the middle. IDK if the stripe was put on a the dealership or what. The car only has 50,000 on it.

 

I voted for "Silver w/ some color red stripes-close to interior color". My paint scheme is going to be just like it, but different colors. I'm going to have the exterior painted the factory Darkblue Green (it's as green as green can be!) and it's going to have a black gut so I want to have black deck line stripes.

 

hey thanks man. i was actually thinking about that predicament after I posted that. I wish I could see one that already had it done so that I could see if I like it or not! Right now I'm trying to decided whether I want to do the base as a dark red or just go back with the factory silver.

 

id stick with silver on your car it looks great with the black top and wheels

 

Thanks man. I'm leaning towards that. I like it with the black top, black mirrors, and the wheels(I want some black Z06 C6 wheels with a crome lip though!) Silver would be alot easier to shoot(I do all of my own painting and stuff). Im just going to wait until I get the money to do it then I'll decide Lol!
