It's a toss up between the Burgundy and white one. Looks like a bit of surface rust on the charcoal one. The white Z28's of this vintage can look pretty sharp with the factory decals and stripes.
With the absence of those, and the hood scoop being off, I gotta guess it's been repainted? Hopefully not a rattle can job.

the only major spot of rust is under the left trunk hinges
there is also a couple of small rust holes right above the pass side door
but other than that the engine looks great and the and the frame rails, interior, and rest of body looks great... tell me what you think

 

well i took a look at the pics, IMHO it looks good if you could stand to drive it like that. i would have to put blue stripes on a white one but i wouldnt waste the money on them without doing a new paint job first. Do you have a garage to store it in? it doesnt take long for the rust to grow if you just leave it and rust on white shows like a sore thumb.

Its totally up to you but i say check out that burgundy one first before you commit

If the burgundy is as clean as it looks I'd take it over the white one! I see some rust starting to form below the paint on the white one.
