Ok so not exactly a camaro question BUT the 2nd Gen Firebirds and 2nd Gen Camaros were almost identical with seat setup and console, etc. So I am picking up a 79 Firebird tomorrow and its going to need new Bucket Seats.. here is my question do I go OEM or After Market racing bucket seats. The reason I ask is ordering the OEM ones will cost about 239 for the upholstry (2 seats) and about 90 per seat for the Foam inserts. Roughly 420 Bucks for Factory Seats... I'm leaning towards a set of aftermarket bucket seats but dont know how much modification is needed AND how well they would look in the 79 Interior... Thoughts?

Well really the only thing stock is the interior... I mean it has a 7.1 litre motor (430 Buick motor), exhaust, some motor work has been done to it, different rear end,beefed up tranny,and we are painting it this winter....
