That's great! I still can't believe they sent it out the door without ensuring everything was wired correctly. Pretty lax of them not to.

ya no kiddin...I mean the car was sitting for a year before I had originally sent it to them. So the Carb was taken off the car and a plate was bolted on instead so they prolly didnt slap one on there and fire it up. even though I wish they wouldve.

Yes, I understand why they didn't start the car and run it, but they could have still checked to ensure all the functions worked; lights, turnsignals, power to coil, starter, etc.
When I wire a hotrod for myself or somebody else I check everything, even if it doesn't have an engine in it. Still can check for power at the final terminals quickly with a test lamp.

well I remember him saying thats why he needed another week because he had to have time to go back over and check it with a test lamp...and everything else as of now does work...The lights, gauges were switched from dummy lights to full gauges... The car cranks but no dice...

hahaha no. Webco showed up and started lookin...He said it had to be a bad splice somewhere so he was checking wires and all. He actually ran out of time and had to quit looking. He is going to the Sema Show in Vegas this comin week for the whole week. He says he thinks he knows where the problem is he just ran out of time. So hes gonna fix it when he gets back in a week...so the waiting continues...
