Yeah the rear spoiler was available late second gens for sure. My step moms 80 we had when I was a kid was a base camaro v6 3 speed manual w/spoiler. As if it was ever fast enough to need one.

Thanks!

The car is 99.9 percent rust free. i cant say 10, cause i havent been through everything, neither has he, but either way its a very, very solid car. No the pass window is non existant, and the PO sprayed black primer over that spot of the car for whatever reason But either way, its a wayyyy better project than my 3rd gen project. I love this bodystyle car, and cant wait to get it to my house, and believe me, the first thing after i get it washed and cleaned out, is putting those rims on Craigslist!

Hopefully monday, he's gonna go get a replacement title. His father in laws mom has the title, an hour and a half away, so we're just gonna get a duplicate to a" lost/stolen" title. So once it gets re-titled, we'll load it up and it'll be on the way here. Meanwhile, i've gotta spend today cleaning up my block that i just got back from the machine shop for my 3rd gen, and round up all the thirdgen stuff i've got laying around, so he can get his car. I hate that im going to lose my fresh block, and new pistons and re-conditioned rods, but, its all for a better project.. This motor, once it gets freshened, should be more than i could have dreamed with my old project, so in the end, its a good deal.

Btw, i'm a 18 year old, just graudated highschool...Havent had time to update my profile specs yet.

If it is an 81 the console inside will not have the underdash compartment. The 81 was blocked off to hold the cpu that controlled the carb. I have an 80 z28 and rs and an 81 berlinetta sitting out front. Other than that. If it was a z28 the 80 and 81 had 1 single fender slit and the hood was functional. That hood is from an 80-81 z28. When you hit the gas the cowl would open in the back to let air in. I can take pics if you want. I am selling the 81 today tho. That car looks like it is an 80 imo.

Haha, she's grinning from ear to ear. Mine has manual windows, and door locks, I'm gonna add the power locks with an alarm system. Anyone else have an alarm system on theirs? This ones fairly clean, so I probally won't have to kill any cars to better this one. I'll just add to the collection!
