Hello,

I just got a 1976 Camaro LT with 58,000 original miles. It sat for a long time and I am in the process of going thru it to restore it. I noticed that the factory tach does not work. Has anyone experienced this? Could it be a fuse? ny direction would be greatly appreciated.

check the wire at the distributer cap. the clip sometimes breaks and the tac will not work correctly. or at all. and if not the actual gauge my be the faulty piece. but check the wire at the cap.
