New guy with same old questions
Hello, this is my 2nd post so be gentle. I just bought a 77 Camaro and Im in love. Project car for sure.
Do you know or have past threads to do first on bringing a Camaro back to life? It runs but needs to be freshened up.
Its somewhat difficult for me to navigate through this site to answer my own questions because Im new.
EXAMPLE = oil change, plugs and wires, air filter, belts, hoses. ect....
Be gentle, I am virgin

Don't forget to do a brake inspection all around with any new purchase! Safety would be my first concern over everything else!
I'd be draining and refilling all the fluids. Coolant, oil, trans, rear differential, brake fluid. But wait on brake fluid until you know the brake condition, and see if anything needs repair at the wheels.
Gas may need a look, but depends on whether the car has sat a long time. If it has sat, then drain the tank, and replace fuel filter. But you may already have junk in the filter or carb if it did and you're driving it.

After safety has been checked and fluids changed, start looking at plugs, wires and dist cap and rotor. Is this Camaro stock, or has it been modified in any way? Such as headers, intake manifold, carb. Good Luck!
