Default Need a Ballpark - Built 2nd Gen - What's it Worth?

1981 Z28 - Clean Body and Interior - Clean Title - No Rust

Forged 406 SBC, Heads/Cam/Intake/Exhaust
Built PTC TH350 with PTC 3500 stall
Built Rear End with Motive 3.73 Gears
Some suspension - runs mid 11's @ 115-120mph and dyno'd 370rwhp on dynojet

Few thousand on the build, unknown on chasis.

it all depends on where you live and how much someone is willing to give you if it were my car id post it for 10k and see what happens

I'd like more info and pictures to say for sure, plus seeing under the car for rust, etc. That said, I wouldn't go $10k, because I've seen a lot more for less around my area. I'd say around $6-$7k here.

Yes, it is a beauty, and all the engine parts are top quality. Problem is they really don't add a lot to the price tag, as buyers wont ever give us back what we stick into them when we are ready to sell.
I've got an engine I bought from a neighbor who stuck $3600 into a 327 Chev, and I bought it for $1200 after it sat for 18 months with no buyers. Just can't get the dollars back that you put out.
Around here a '74-'81 Camaro just wont get big money, regardless of what engine it has or how nice it is. I'm sure this will change sometime, but there's still plenty of rust free later 2nd gens in my neck of the woods.

I know several years ago I had a dude offer me $8k for mine the way it is right now aside from the trans issue. Probably shoulda taken him up on the offer but its hard to let ur first go that easily.
