Nice illusion, you couldn't have lined that up any better. That's what was throwing me, I thought you had a smoked plug wire in hand.
Pretty sure that 14 means a 14 amp rating. To be honest, I haven't seen that on an older Camaro before. Maybe someone here with a 2nd gen has.
But if you have power on both ends of that one, is there enough left of that stub to splice a new wire? Soldering one on and sealing it with shrink tubing would be the best way.

Theres barely enough, but the thing is I tried to wire a new wire from the solenoid to that and put a tubeing on it, but it started smoking again. Could i just cut the wire after the 14 amp rating thing and just wire it to my new wire?

i drove by cops w.o my hood here in oregon and they just turn there head and i just ignore them. screw the regulation crap. get duel cherrybombs and run open hood for a week and have fun!

I would trace that wire further upstream, because it sure sounds like you have a short.
