mounting rear spoiler

RE: mounting rear spoiler
I mounted one on my 68. it was pretty easy. I layed the cardboard that it came in on a flat surface. Then I placed the spoiler over the cardboard with the studs on the cardboard. I pressed hard enough to dent the cardboard. Then I cut the holes out where it dented the cardboard. I tried to keep them small for a tight fit. Next I put the cardboard back on the spoiler and pressed it all the way to the plastic. I then traced the spoiler from the top side and cut out the cardboard. That's what I used for a pattern. I placed the cardboard on the trunk, marked the holes drilled & bolted the spoiler on. It worked pretty good. Only one hole was off abou 1/8 inch. I opened it up with a dremel.
