Default Marine Carb

So, I was gifted an Edelbrock 1409 Marine carb for my 1971 Camaro 350SBC. It's a $500 carb and I got the car with a 2-barrel Rochester so putting it on was an easy decision. Seeing how it's not an automotive carb though, I'm having trouble with the installation. I've done some research, and I know that Marine carbs are vented differently, but I havent found any practical info on how to install it. Not sure how to run my vacuum lines since the vacuum advance would ordinarily run straight into the front of the carb. Also, having trouble with getting my automatic transmission kickdown cable to sit right. Any info is appreciated.
