my question is why does my husband "HAVE TO" replace the motor in his restored 67? It has a 350 and runs great, but he "NEEDS" a 454 stroker with all of the trimmings. Is it a macho thing or what. The car was plenty fast enough? I say why mess with a good thing?
is he faithful? does he work everyday? does he listen to you ramble on about stuff he could care less about? is he always there at bedtime? if so ... let him have the big block LOL . sick
yoy are very correct. he is a wonderful husband and father. he provides for us well enough that I can stay home with the kids with no problem. thank you for reminding me to appreciate him and to let him have his "toys"
waite till you need to get it tuned. you will need a computer and someone that knows how to do it. when with the orignal you can do it with simple hand tools.
only 400HP with twin turbos? I make that with a mild 350, no NOS, single carb

where are you two from? sounds like a nice car you have any pics? with it being a 350 then it must be an SS?
400 AT THE WHEELS with 6 pounds of boost and this is a ruff figure. I can tune it my self with my laptop and tunercat using a aldl cable. not that hard.id rather do that then tune a damn holley.
