Looking for a beater while i work on Project Stinger
Ok, so I was looking for a cheap car to use while I work on the Camaro and i found a 6 cyl 75 Firebird. What kinda gas mileage do these things get? I assume the insurance will be real cheap considering they have next to no power. The car looks good, says it needs some cometic stuff, but im not worried about that i just need a daily driver, and i found this and figured it would look better than some Geo Metro. Whats your opinions?

yeah. everything runs great...till its in your driveway. you got one car that needs work. y have 2??? work on it as you go...and insurance would prolly be just as much on that car cause its not an airbag car. and you cant put collector on it because its gunna be a daily driver and u can only put on limited miles. if you really want a good gas milage car. go to your chevy dealer and say...give me a left over left over avao!!!! (SWEET!) ...but i like your thinking !!!!!

I got collector tags on mine an drive it almost everyday, but I know a lot of the sheriffs deputies around here too, anyway, go with an acord from like 93, a buddy of mine has one gets 40 mpg with a 5 speed

no its not over, just get a newer one...with air bags and such things to make insurance go down. even if u had to get a 6 cyl. and mod the thing like mad. but even a used base 8 cyl. wouldnt be that bad to insure.
