Default long overdue restoration

Just joined. Have 1968 RS CP which was my first car. Put it in storage in 1975 and look at it every year thinking I will start restoration. Have 67 vette 427 rdstr and two kids which have sucked up disposable income. But the day is coming when I will start restoring the 68. Want to collect parts for the restoration and sadly 7 years of Phila. winters took its toll on the fender bottoms and rear wheel wells. They are bad. Had NOS fenders many years ago which were not very good. Have heard all the stories about factory rejects making it into the NOS shelves. So as of 2006, who makes the best replacement panels for fenders( I am going to save as much original as possible) and rear quarters/wheel wells? I have never had any of my cars "judged" but is there a camaro organization like the Corvette NCRS which sets the standards for restoration? thank you....brad
